Adventures In Urbanism: Celebrating Alternative Design, Scholarship and Resistance with UR Books

UR’s books tackle thorny problems of urbanism, analyze broken and faulty tools of urban management and introduce new methods for redesigning urban life across the planet.

Showcasing our wide range of ideas, themes of inquiry and methods of research, the editors of UR’s first set of publications will engage students in a conversation about how to read contemporary cities and why a diverse arsenal of methods are necessary to intervene imaginatively in today’s urban worlds.
